Both men were in stable condition.
The shooting at the homeless camp in the 1800 block of Wood Street near Raimondi Park happened about 2:07 a.m. Friday.
A 36-year-old man told police he was asleep in his trailer when he heard gunfire from outside and saw he had been shot in the leg.
A motive for the shooting is under investigation. No arrests have been made.
